Sub genre conventions
All films contain macro elements which is also known as syntactic, these macro conventions and elements are used to structure a film. This includes the actual audience the film has been targeted at, the producer of the production and the plot lines and filming cast. The most common aspects that are focused on within sub genres are; conflict between the younger and older generation, management of adolescent and romance.
