Production Diary - Tuesday 24th Feb 2015

Today after college myself and Mel went out to continue filming some more shots for the new beginning of our title sequence (The football scenes) I managed to film everything in the time we had after college so all our group had left to do was edit it on Final Cut Pro in our lessons. We used a variety of shots such as low angle shots, point of view shots, long shots and more. The point of the scenes we filmed today were to make our storyline much clearer than it was before. We took the feedback from Dan and changed it so that our audience would understand what was going on. The storyline is now that Mel, who is our main character, wants to be a successful footballer but is stuck in a life of gangs/crime. This shows two different sides to Mel, one that conforms to the stereotype of teens and one that challenges it.
